    Usage:
    In a clinical context for breast cancer treatment, Aromasin is typically prescribed only after Nolvadex has been ineffective, which usually occurs after 2-3 years of Nolvadex therapy. Patients are then given a daily dose of 25mg of Aromasin, continuing for another 2-3 years or until the cancer's progression is halted. After this, further Nolvadex therapy may be considered to prevent cancer recurrence, making this approach highly effective against breast cancer.
    In performance settings, standard doses of Aromasin are generally between 12.5mg to 25mg every other day. Most users find that 12.5mg every other day works well, with some only needing two to three doses weekly. The appropriate dosage will depend on the individual's sensitivity and the specific steroids being used. However, there are instances where a daily dose of 25mg may be necessary, though this should be short-term to avoid potential cholesterol complications.
