Its usage quickly became popular among anabolic steroid users due to its effectiveness in mitigating estrogen-related side effects, as well as its place in Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) regimens for steroid users.

    In medical treatments, Aromasin works by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme, thereby preventing cancer from utilizing estrogen, a hormone vital for its growth.For anabolic steroid users, Aromasin acts as an anti-estrogen. Understanding its mechanisms reveals its protective benefits: elevated estrogen can lead to gynecomastia, fluid retention, and potentially high blood pressure. Aromasin can shield against these estrogenic side effects regardless of the specific steroid being used.It is crucial to note that Aromasin does not affect anabolic steroids derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT) since these do not convert to estrogen, thus cannot cause gynecomastia or excessive water retention. At that point, patients are prescribed 25mg of Aromasin daily, a regimen that usually continues for an additional 2-3 years or until cancer progression is halted. This is often followed by another round of Nolvadex therapy to prevent cancer recurrence, proving to be a highly effective strategy in battling breast cancer.
    In performance contexts, standard Aromasin doses range from 12.5mg to 25mg every other day. Most users find that 12.5mg every other day is sufficient, with some managing with only 2-3 doses per week. The individual's sensitivity and the type of steroids in use will influence the final dosage. However, certain individuals may require daily doses of up to 25mg, although this should be kept brief to avoid potential cholesterol issues.
